From a very young age, I grew up with the smell of the sea, the singing of birds and the smiles of the people of Nosy Be. Every morning, watching the sun rise over the island, I told myself that one day I would want to share this beauty with others. As a local guide, I have realised my dream: walking with travellers between white sandy beaches, fragrant ylang-ylang forests and welcoming villages, while recounting the history and traditions of my island. I love this job because it allows me to share what is most precious to me: my love for Nosy Be, its culture, its nature, and my pride in belonging to this land. Every encounter with a new visitor is a new story, an exchange that reminds me every day why I chose to be a local guide here.
